These Terms apply to the Shatter iPhone app, listed on the App Store as Shatter Satisfying Squat, and to this official website.
Effective date: March 11, 2026
Shatter is a fitness app for iPhone that helps users build a daily squat habit. You are responsible for using the app safely and for stopping any activity that causes pain, dizziness, or other health concerns.
Some features may require sign-in and may store limited cloud data for social features, challenges, and rewards. Premium features are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms.
Shatter allows users to connect a TikTok account and share content. By using the TikTok integration features, you also agree to TikTok's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for the content you post to TikTok through Shatter. Content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines. Shatter does not post content without your explicit action. You choose the privacy settings and captions.
You may disconnect TikTok at any time from the app. Disconnecting stops Shatter from accessing your TikTok account, but it does not remove content already posted on TikTok.
You agree not to abuse social features, impersonate others, harass other users, or attempt to manipulate rewards, leaderboards, or challenge results.
Shatter integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Apple Health, and Firebase. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
